Residential Plaza at Blue Lagoon, a partner of Assistance to the Elderly, Inc. (ATTE), a 501 (c)(3) Nonprofit Organization, celebrates its 20th Year Anniversary of providing outstanding service and customer satisfaction to the elderly community in the distinguished City of Miami. 
 
A leader since 1990 in providing assisted living housing and service excellence to the senior population, Architect and Developer Mauro Hernandez joined efforts with the City of Miami through its Affordable Housing Development Program to provide affordable housing and supportive living to low-income families. Residential Plaza at Blue Lagoon is now one of the largest facilities in Miami offering seniors an independent, colorful lifestyle with personalized care and health supervision.

For people with Alzheimer’s Disease or other dementia-related disorders, Residential Plaza offers a safe and secure self-contained environment with varying levels of care through its Memory Care Program.  In addition to our facility’s modern life safety features, our Memory Care residents benefit from a more structured setting to manage the risks associated with serious memory losses, impaired judgment, and behavioral concerns. With 24-hour supervision, our trained and caring staff will help facilitate a safe and comfortable environment free from any stressors or confusion.
